Job Title: Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (AI & Data Initiatives)

Job Type: Contract (this role is a 6-month assignment)

Job Salary: $62-$64/hour

Job Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/week

Job Location: Houston, TX 77002

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to support enterprise initiatives with a focus on AI and data‑driven solutions. This role is responsible for translating business needs into effective technical outcomes while managing project delivery from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise projects through planning, execution, and delivery
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
Identify opportunities to integrate AI and data‑driven capabilities into business processes
Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, BRDs, functional specifications, and status reports
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project management best practices
Manage risks, issues, changes, and stakeholder expectations
Provide clear, concise communication to technical teams and executive leadership

Requirements

7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM
Demonstrated experience delivering AI or data‑driven initiatives
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience using project and delivery tools such as Jira or MS Project
Proven ability to work across business, technical, and executive stakeholders
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
