ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of media and technology,
introducing Audible's unique value proposition and immersive storytelling to new
customers around the world. You will focus relentlessly on customer needs,
collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch product features that will
surprise and delight our customers and drive Audible customer growth.

As a Product Manager - Technical, you will...
- Contribute to product roadmaps and execute features that enhance Audible's
user experience and drive Audible customer growth
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments using statistical rigor to maximize
customer and business value
- Prioritize backlogs, accelerate team workflows, and remove blockers to
optimize feature development
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to
deliver outcomes for new customers
- Proactively accelerate, unblock, de-risk and help optimize the work of the
delivery teams working on your in-flight features
- Use data to drive product decisions, targeting metrics for success, and
measuring results against them
- Influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven
contributions

Qualifications
- -
- 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management,
- including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- - Experience in data driven hypothesis testing and experimentation
- - Experience working with design teams to improve the user experience for
- customer facing products/features
- - Experience working in infrastructure, platforms, fintech teams supporting
- enterprise B2B segment
Preferred Qualifications
- - Knowledge of agile product
- development and life-cycle management process
- - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online
- services on tight deadlines
- - Experience with experimentation and optimization of key metrics
- - Relevant content streaming, media, or entertainment industry experience
- - Experience defining success metrics and leveraging quantitative and
- qualitative data to validate assumptions and guide decisions
- - Experience understanding technical trade-offs and collaborating with
- engineering teams on design decisions
- - Experience rallying diverse teams toward shared goals and outcomes

- The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
- will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
- compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
- qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits
- including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life &
- AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health
- Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy
