What will you do at Google?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
* 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
(e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
* Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
* Experience in AI/ML product development, including model evaluation
frameworks (evals), quality benchmarks, or data governance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or in a related
technical field.
* Experience defining product goal, multi-year roadmaps, and executing strategy
across cross-functional engineering, UX, and GTM teams.
* Experience in building consensus and influencing product strategy across
multiple partner teams and stakeholders.
* Experience with geospatial solutions, Google Maps APIs, or generative AI
developer tools (e.g., LLM grounding, agentic toolsets, MCP).
* Experience designing automated/self-healing data pipelines, data inferencing
systems, or data quality platforms.
* Experience with enterprise AI governance, trust and safety policy, or
partnering directly with field engineers and customer facing product teams.

In this role, you will

- execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging,
- promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
- As a Senior Product Manager on the Geo Makers team, you will shape the Google
- Maps AI Platform. You will lead a two-part mission to enhance AI quality and
- strategically integrate both traditional and non-agentic AI models, defining the
- next era of geospatial technology.
- Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
- experience, and relevant education or training.
- US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- * Lead PRDs by collaborating with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX)
- during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn
- PRDs into OKRs for multiple teams.
- * Own and define project roadmaps.
- * Drive development and secure buy-in for a product goal that identifies,
- defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving
- an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts.
- * Manage validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic
- opportunity, business).
- * Lead and harmonize processes to define, identify, collect, and track
- appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative
- for new or existing products or business ventures.
