About the Role
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next-generation solutions that modernize the Hogan core banking ecosystem. Partner across technology, architecture, engineering, operations, and business teams to transform legacy banking capabilities into intelligent, scalable platforms.
Leverage AI, automation, and agent-based solutions—including RAG architectures—to operationalize core banking data and SME expertise, improving efficiency, accelerating modernization, and enabling context-aware insights and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product roadmap for Hogan modernization and AI enablement, leading knowledge transformation initiatives that integrate core banking data and SME expertise into RAG-enabled, AI-driven solutions. Drive the evolution of legacy systems into scalable, context-aware platforms that improve decision-making and deliver measurable business value.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to modernize Hogan core banking platforms by integrating RAG architectures that securely connect Hogan data with AI systems, enabling grounded, context-aware insights and decision-making.
- Define and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Lead the migration of legacy business logic and workflows into modern, scalable technology solutions.
- Drive adoption of AI, Generative AI, and agentic automation solutions to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with business, operations, risk, and technology partners to align product priorities and delivery.
- Develop data and knowledge strategies that unlock Hogan data and SME expertise, enabling RAG-based AI solutions and context-aware decisioning.
- Monitor product performance, modernization progress, and business value realization through defined KPIs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to accelerate transformation.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and operational requirements within the banking environment.
- Basic Qualifications
- -Technical Product Management experience
- Preferred Skills/Experience
- Hogan Core Banking expertise (Deposits, Loans, Accounts, CIS, PAS, Core Processing).
- Experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of legacy modernization, application transformation, and platform migration strategies.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows
- Expertise in legacy system integration patterns, with experience in AI orchestration and agent-based architectures.
- Experience working with Mainframe technologies, COBOL, CICS, DB2, or related legacy platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern distributed architectures.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience leveraging enterprise data platforms to support AI and automation solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and SharePoint, used daily to support workflow orchestration, knowledge management, and cross-functional product delivery.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S.
Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
