Responsibilities

</u></strong></p><ul><li>Exercise leadership over all team products from design to production.</li><li>Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (Swift and Kotlin where necessary) and React Query.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement new features and improve existing ones.</li><li>Optimize app performance, load times, and responsiveness.</li><li>Monitor crash reports and usage metrics ensuring stability.</li><li>Stay current with mobile and React Native best practices, trends, and tools</li><li>Work with product managers and designers to refine requirements before implementation.</li><li>Demonstrate technical leadership over product features.</li><li>Represent product features technically to stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrate ownership and responsibility for large projects throughout their production lifecycles.</li><li>Make strong architectural choices through careful evaluation and prior experience.</li><li>Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to continually deliver features to stakeholders and clients.</li><li>All employees are responsible for adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.</li></ul><p><strong><u>

Preferred Qualifications

</u></strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience with React Native.</li><li>Proficient in TypeScript (React).</li><li>Deep understanding of state management tools/patterns (React Query, Context API, Redux, etc.).</li><li>Experience debugging native mobile issues and handling device specific behavior.</li><li>Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, etc.).</li><li>Desire to work in a health technology company.</li><li>Git code management skills with experience working in a mono repository.</li><li>Experience integrating monitoring solutions for deployed software and resources.</li><li>A history of delivering complex mobile applications to the app stores.</li><li>Good written communication skills that enable collaboration in a remote environment.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously driving proactive collaboration to deliver results.</li></ul><p><strong>
