What will you do at Signature Aviation?
The Product Manager, Mobile Applications at Signature Aviation is responsible
for defining, delivering, and continuously optimizing digital products and
platforms that support our global FBO network, customers, and internal teams.
Operating within a unified enterprise product organization, this role translates
enterprise strategy into measurable product outcomes that enhance customer
experience, operational efficiency, safety, and business performance.
As the accountable owner of assigned products, the Product Manager balances
enterprise priorities with operational realities, ensuring solutions are
scalable, secure, and aligned to Signature’s premium global brand standards.
This role serves as the primary connector between business stakeholders,
technology teams, and end users, driving clarity, alignment, and value delivery
across the product lifecycle. A successful Product Manager delivers measurable
impact. Stakeholders are aligned and confident in product direction, and
solutions result in a consistent, safe, and elevated Signature Aviation
experience across the network.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities
- * Partner with business leaders to shape and execute mobile application product
- strategy aligned to enterprise objectives.
- * Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
- * Ensure product direction balances enterprise priorities, operational risk,
- and customer impact.
- * Incorporate market trends, competitive insights, and industry best practices
- into product decisions.
- * Develop deep understanding of customers, including flight crews, passengers,
- operators, and internal teams.
- * Lead structured discovery to identify high-value problems and opportunities.
- * Validate solutions through research, experimentation, and measurable
- outcomes.
- * Ensure solutions reflect real-world operational complexity across a global
- network.
- * Own and prioritize the product backlog based on enterprise value and
- strategic alignment.
- * Translate business needs into clear product requirements and acceptance
- criteria.
- * Make informed tradeoff decisions balancing scope, risk, dependencies, and
- timeline.
- * Partner closely with engineering and design teams to drive efficient,
- high-quality delivery.
- * Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
- * Partner with stakeholders to plan and execute successful product launches.
- * Ensure operational readiness, communications, and training support enterprise
- adoption.
- * Define success metrics and track performance post-launch.
- * Drive continuous improvement based on data, feedback, and evolving business
- needs.
- * Manage products through full lifecycle, including enhancement, optimization,
- and retirement.
- * Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders.
- * Clearly communicate priorities, rationale, and tradeoffs.
- * Balance competing needs while maintaining focus on enterprise value.
- * Ensure product decisions support safety, compliance, and governance standards
- where applicable.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- * 7+ years of professional experience in Product Management/Ownership,
- including at least 5 years of experience in Product Management/ Ownership for
- mobile applications within a complex enterprise, operational, or distributed
- environment
- Additional knowledge and skills:
- * Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across engineering,
- operations, and business functions.
- * Experience managing products in Agile environments with structured discovery
- practices.
- * Strong strategic thinking and data-informed decision-making capabilities.
- * Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- * Ability to operate effectively in a global, multi-location organization.
