What will you do at Google?

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

* 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch

(e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

* Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

* 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of

designing, launching, and scaling growth mechanics, conversion funnels, and

personalization/recommender systems.

* Experience building growth loops specifically within high-scale Search

engines, consumer apps, e-commerce, or content discovery marketplaces.

* Solid technical foundation with experience partnering with machine learning

and Data Science teams.

* Demonstrated expertise in running end-to-end experimentation to optimize key

performance metrics like activation, and LTV.

  • promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
  • As a Senior Product Manager on the Growth, Subscriptions and App Foundations
  • team, you will lead Search’s highest-priority consumer growth initiatives across
  • Google’s most critical client surfaces. Being at the intersection of consumer
  • growth loops, UX, and machine learning, you will turn Search’s vast reach into
  • sustainable, high-velocity user acquisition and engagement engines across the
  • Google ecosystem. You will have direct, end-to-end ownership of driving iOS
  • Google App (iGA) Daily Active Users, iOS Signed-in adoption, and Chrome
  • acquisition across both iOS and Desktop.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • * Define and execute the multi-quarter product strategy to deliver against iGA
  • incremental DAU, iOS Sign-in, and Chrome installs across iOS and Desktop.
  • * Build strategies to expand app adoption via growth loops, ML-driven
  • promotions, cross-product area partnerships, and novel persistent entry
  • points.
  • * Partner with cross-functional leadership across Search, Chrome, Identity,
  • YouTube, and Maps to establish native entry points, contextual app previews,
  • and seamless cross-surface user journeys.
  • * Lead initiatives to reduce authentication friction, expand account
  • preservation, optimize cookie handling against Intelligent Tracking
  • Prevention (ITP), and turn signed-out visitors into signed-in users.
  • * Run experimentation cycles to optimize conversion rates while protecting user
  • trust through objective UX cost and annoyance frameworks.
