MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 8 years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing discovery,

search, or marketplace products.

* Experience designing, developing, or optimizing user discovery funnels,

intent-based browsing, or modular design systems, and experience using

quantitative methods (such as running A/B tests or defining product metrics).

* Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver multi-quarter

initiatives, and mentoring junior-to-mid-level product managers, and team

members.

* Experience productizing LLM-driven features, multimodal interfaces,

RAG/grounding architectures, or real-time recommendation engines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

* 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI,

sales finance, and other stakeholders.

* Experience designing agentic workflows or dynamic UI generation (rendering

component trees directly from model outputs).

* Background in e-commerce, retail storefronts, or digital marketplaces with

multi-million SKU catalogs.

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and lead the
  • strategy for our next-generation Generative Brand and Categorical Viewers. In
  • this role, you will lead the goal and execution for how generative AI constructs
  • contextual brand hubs and category exploration spaces in real time. You will be
  • responsible for bridging top-of-funnel interactions in AI Mode (conversational
  • discovery, multi-modal inputs, complex intent queries) with high-converting,
  • deep-funnel transactional experiences across our catalog.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • * Define the multi-year road map for generative categorical and brand viewers,
  • transitioning from static grid layouts to real-time, context-aware visual
  • merchandising synthesized by LLMs and multimodal models.
  • * Architect the end-to-end journey that takes users seamlessly from
  • conversational/generative AI Mode queries into immersive, structured brand
  • and category viewers, managing downstream engagement, PDP click-through, and
  • conversion.
  • * Establish evaluation frameworks and guardrails for generative UI rendering,
  • ensuring brand safety, high visual fidelity, catalog accuracy (hallucination
  • mitigation), and sub-second latency performance.
  • * Operate with initiative as a leader to align executive stakeholders across
  • Core Search and Merchant Shopping organizations.
  • * Own core KPIs including AI Mode downstream conversion, session depth and
  • incremental Google influenced gross merchandise value (GiGMV).
