MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external
partners or customers.
* Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
* 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
* Ability to navigate complex business organizations, manage multiple
cross-functional stakeholders and consult optimal solutions.
* Ability to work with ambiguity, overcome complex challenges and scale
effectively across a large organization and distributed team.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to both
technical and business audiences.
ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Product Technology Manager on the Tools Development and Automation team,
you'll be responsible for managing solutions that make the broader gTech support
and services organization more efficient. You'll help drive the development of
tools and will be involved in ideating required product features and
designing/implementing quick and scalable solutions. You will work with Google’s
infrastructure to handle big problems over large datasets.
You’ll be working as a part of an Engineering team responsible for developing
and supporting tools, prototyping proofs of concept, and writing/reviewing
technical design documents to meet the needs of our services teams. You will
adhere to Google’s software development best practices and work in close
partnership with other Project/Product Management and Engineering teams.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $126000 - $181000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Partner with internal stakeholders to establish technical roadmaps that
accomplish business objectives.
* Understand complex, ambiguous, open-ended business problems and produce a
results-oriented strategy to solve those problems.
* Build and action product architectures and solution roadmaps, including the
design of infrastructure necessary to support the business objectives of
stakeholders.
* Create launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature
releases are tested before broad-scale deployment.
* Perform implementation reviews, promote new product features and ensure the
prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
