About the role
What will you do at Fetch?
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager interested in a broad scope to help
build Fetch's new outcome-based ad platform. This is a 0-to-1 build as part of
Fetch's next-generation ad manager, an AI-native platform that reimagines how
advertisers buy, manage, and measure campaigns on Fetch.
Your core scope is the operational foundation of the ad platform. You'll own the
systems that enable advertisers to transact on Fetch, from quote and contract
through invoicing, billing, reconciliation, payment, and fraud prevention.
You'll build the infrastructure that ensures every advertiser transaction is
accurate, transparent, and secure while enabling the platform to scale. You'll
also define the integrations between our ad platform and core business systems,
including Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring data flows reliably across sales,
finance, and product systems.
You'll lead building out the advertiser reporting experience, defining the
performance insights available to customers—including campaign metrics, ROAS,
and other key outcomes—and how those insights are surfaced through intuitive,
self-service reporting and APIs. You'll also own our customer notification
experience surfacing both opportunities and issues to advertisers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Help define and build Fetch's next-generation, AI-native ad platform, owning
the operational foundation that enables advertisers to transact on Fetch at
scale.
* Build the end-to-end advertiser transaction experience, including
quote-to-cash workflows, billing, invoicing, reconciliation, payment, and the
integrations that connect the ad platform with Salesforce, NetSuite, and
other core business systems.
* Lead the advertiser reporting experience, defining the performance insights
available to customers and how those insights are surfaced through intuitive
self-service reporting and APIs.
* Own the customer notification experience, delivering timely, actionable
alerts that help advertisers optimize campaign performance and quickly
resolve operational issues.
* Define the platform's fraud prevention strategy, including the capabilities
and external partnerships needed to protect advertiser spend, ensure billing
integrity, and maintain trust in the platform.
* Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, and Data
teams to design scalable workflows, resolve data integrity challenges, and
prioritize roadmap investments.
WHAT YOU BRING:
* 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building
advertising technology, advertising platforms, or monetization products.
* Strong understanding of advertising platforms end to end, including campaign
management, reporting, measurement, billing, and the operational systems that
support advertisers.
* Experience building products from scratch (0-to-1) and leading customer
migrations from legacy systems to new platforms.
* Comfortable partnering with engineering on platform architecture, APIs,
system design, and data flows, translating complex business requirements into
scalable technical solutions.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to define product success metrics,
prioritize investments using data, and measure business impact.
* AI-native mindset: you use AI tools in your daily workflow and proactively
identify opportunities to redesign products and operational workflows through
AI and automation.
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to
influence Engineering, Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, Data, and executive
stakeholders.
* Thrive in ambiguous environments and independently drive complex initiatives
from strategy through execution.
