Skills & Competencies3-5 years of IT experience, including 2+ years as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog management, Jira, and requirements gathering.Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverable solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying root causes through data analysis.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams.Exposure to AI-enabled product development, prototyping, or solution design is a plus.EducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related techno-functional field.ResponsibilitiesAct as Product Analyst/Product Owner for one or more business-critical applications.Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities, root causes, and solutions.Manage product roadmaps, sprint planning, estimation, and backlog prioritization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements and technology modernization initiatives.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure successful end-to-end product delivery.Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear, timely communications.Champion AI-driven innovation to improve business outcomes and product effectiveness.About the teamBy joining the team, you will work in a collaborative Agile environment, partnering with product managers, engineers, architects, and business leaders to solve complex business challenges, drive digital transformation, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to create measurable business value.Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
