What will you do at Apple?

The Siri team is looking for an Engineering Program Manager, with a focus on

Siri's runtime platform and the next revolution of Siri interaction across the

Apple ecosystem. As part of our organization, you will help shape one of the

world's most widely used AI assistants, powered by our next-generation of Apple

Intelligence, with capabilities like personal context understanding and

on-screen awareness, built with privacy from the ground up. Your work will have

direct, meaningful impact for users across Apple platforms.

DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will

  • drive cross-functional programs and feature areas in Siri
  • across Apple products. You will partner with engineering teams to lead projects
  • through the software development lifecycle from concept to delivery. You'll
  • collaborate with software engineers, machine learning engineers, and scientists
  • across technical areas spanning the full range of Siri's capabilities. You
  • should bring experience in software development, machine learning, and project
  • management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a track record of
  • effectively driving and delivering complex projects. You should demonstrate high
  • integrity and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment. As an experienced
  • project leader for various complex and highly ambiguous technical projects, you
  • will need to build strong collaborative relationships within the organization,
  • as well as cross-functionally, and confidently and calmly manage any conflicts
  • and challenges along the way. You will be responsible for driving execution,
  • with a keen eye for important details, and communicating status and risks
  • clearly.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of project management experience in software development or machine
  • learning, or related industry. Proven knowledge of software engineering standard
  • methodologies and related dependencies, with experience navigating ambiguity,
  • distinguishing urgent from important and defending tradeoffs. Outstanding
  • communication and experience in successfully presenting to engineers, managers,
  • and senior level executives. Experience driving and effectively delivering
  • critical project features that involve integration with multiple different
  • teams. BS in Computer Science or related field, preferred.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Familiarity or prior experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Prior hands-on experience in software development or model development.
  • Curiosity and passion for new technologies and proven ability to quickly
  • understand technical concepts. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
  • environment.
