What will you do at Amazon?
We are seeking a customer-focused product manager to join our team to build new
trend setting products in the Identity space building CX experiences. This PM
will own end to end delivery of the new service from conception to launch to
ensure we are providing customer obsessed experiences for our customers when
they interact with the product.
This team has a "Work Hard, Have Fun, Make History." attitude. On a typical day,
our product managers might deep dive into metrics to root cause a customer
issue, define and prioritize the roadmap, partner with various partner teams and
stakeholders, consult with the top engineers and designers at Amazon, define and
report business metrics, discuss radical new approaches to building and
operating at scale, the list goes on. You will be surrounded by people who are
incredibly smart, passionate about Identity, and believe that we are only
scratching the surface of what our applications can really do to help customers
everywhere.

devices ranging from desktop computers to mobile phones to TVs to cameras and

Our team is known internally as the Identity Services team. You experience us
every day as a customer when you sign in, forget your password, or Login with
Amazon on a 3P site. We own a highly trafficked part of the customer experience
that is critical to ensuring customers can enjoy various Amazon products like
Retail, Alexa, Echo, Prime Video, and Amazon Pay on various surfaces like
desktop, mobile, and mobile web.

Key job responsibilities
1. Product strategy and direction: Continually assess the needs of customers,
market trends, competitive opportunities and threats in defining and evolving
the Identity and Authentication product strategy in your area of product
ownership. Define both long term strategy and short term plans to achieve the
product vision and deliver business results. You will also contribute to the
overall business and marketing strategy in your area of focus.
2. Roadmap Planning: Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes
from concept to launch. Provide value-based prioritization of product
development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI. Deliver world-class innovation in
features, usability and product performance in consistent cadence of releases.
Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching
major product releases.

Requirements
- Definition: Develop comprehensive product plans, define the
- competitive arena, and establish the objectives, strategies, and actions
- required to achieve business goals. Produce high quality requirements documents
- and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to
- deliver key capabilities. Write user stories to communicate customer needs in an
- Agile development environment. Work closely with Legal on regulations and
- compliance requirements.
- 4. Stakeholder Engagement: Partnering with Directors, VPs, partner teams, and
- stakeholders across the company to lead and influence new product initiatives.
- 5. Product Roll-out: Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product
- performance and identify optimization opportunities. Basic
Qualifications
- - 5+
- years of product or program management, product marketing, business development
- or technology experience
- - Bachelor's degree
- - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- - Experience with end to end product delivery
- - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions
- and strategy related to a product
- - Experience managing technical products or online services
- - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers
- and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred
Qualifications
- - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau,
- Qlikview, QuickSight
- - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

- The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
- will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
- compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
- qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits

- AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health
