As a product manager, one aspect where I could enhance my skills is my technical knowledge. Although I possess a reasonable level of proficiency, my understanding of the technical side is not as strong as it is in other areas of product management. I identified this gap early in my career and have been actively addressing it by enrolling in online coding and data analytics courses. Additionally, I intentionally collaborate with engineering and technical teams to gain insight into their perspectives and challenges. Over time, I have noticed significant progress, and I am excited to keep expanding this knowledge.

By utilizing regular sprints, I can manage my time more effectively and focus on delivering maximum value as early as possible. Additionally, I have introduced feedback sessions with my team, which have given me valuable insights to evaluate my work without delving into unnecessary details.
