In my previous role, I was assigned to lead a team in the redesign of a client's website. The technical challenge arose from the client's request for features that were quite complex and required significant time to implement. Additionally, my team was new to the technology we needed to work with, which created some tension and anxiety about meeting the deadline. To address this, I divided the technical requirements into smaller, manageable tasks and prioritized them according to the needs of the project. I organized additional training sessions for my team on the necessary technology and delegated tasks based on their strengths and what they learned during training. On the interpersonal side, I fostered open communication regarding any concerns and made sure everyone was aligned with the deadlines and expectations for delivery. Ultimately, the project progressed smoothly and was completed on schedule, despite the initial hurdles. The client was very satisfied with the outcome, and my team felt a sense of achievement, having successfully delivered the project while also enhancing their technical skills.
