Once the product was launched, my duties continued beyond that point. In fact, some of the most critical tasks occur during this phase. My first action was to ensure the product's performance was monitored and improved. I collaborated closely with the engineering and analytics teams to track the product's key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure we were achieving our established targets. Subsequently, I began gathering feedback from our users. This process included coordinating with customer support, observing our social media platforms, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys. The insights from user feedback proved essential for identifying unmet needs or problems with the product, allowing me to guide the team in making the necessary fixes or adjustments. I also focused on recognizing potential enhancements for future iterations of the product while planning and initiating work on these updates. Throughout this process, I prioritized effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and senior leadership, keeping them updated on our progress post-launch and any new initiatives we were undertaking.
