As a regular user of the Oculus Store, I've identified several areas that could be improved. To start, the implementation of more detailed user ratings would be beneficial. At present, users can only provide an overall rating for an experience, which limits the specificity of feedback. By breaking down the rating into categories such as graphics, performance, content, and interaction, developers would gain clearer insights into their app's strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, Oculus could enhance the user experience by introducing a recommendation engine powered by machine learning. This system could analyze users' preferences, past purchases, and usage patterns, alongside the most popular titles in each genre, to offer tailored content suggestions. This would not only create a more personalized experience for users but also help promote lesser-known titles that might otherwise be overlooked. Finally, improving the navigation within the store could make it more user-friendly. With so many options available, some titles can be difficult to find, so a more streamlined navigation system featuring clear category divisions could significantly enhance the overall user experience.
