Shape a blockbuster AAA title from the ground up. Your Role We're seeking an HR Generalist to be the first point of contact for everything related to hiring and onboarding. You'll manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end—from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Run interviews and feedback loops efficiently Prepare and deliver employment offers in collaboration with leadership Support new hires throughout the onboarding process Help shape internal HR processes as we scale Requirements 2+ years of full-cycle HR experience Interview experience in tech or games Native German Fluent English (C1 or above) Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany Valid EU work authorization What we offer The opportunity to work on an ambitious AAA title.
