Supported by a 24/7 in-house call-center, Cox Fleet provides maintenance scheduled and unscheduled services to fleets anywhere, anytime. Cox Fleet, the largest independent fleet maintenance company in the country, is currently hiring a Warehouse/Inventory Worker.
As a Warehouse/Inventory Worker you will be responsible for pulling parts and loading trucks. Duties &
Responsibilities
- This is an evening-time shift.
- Loading trucks This position works both inside and outside year-round.
- Working as a part of a team Ability to regularly lift heavy objects up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Pulling parts from the warehouse.
- Utilizing a sit-down Forklift to move materials around the warehouse.
- Assist in preparing customer parts orders.
- Participate in annual inventory of parts.
- Assist in weekly cleanup of warehouse department and yard areas.
- Maintain general work area in a clean and safe condition.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years’ experience in a related field Self-sufficient work ethic Following all company safety guidelines and policies Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics field preferred Prior forklift experience required Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Pay close attention to detail.
Benefits
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
