Responsibilities
- Build and evolve TeamViewer’s web client, AI-powered user experiences, and frontend platform using React and TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain accessible, reusable UI components, design system standards, and frontend architecture.
- Design intuitive experiences for AI-driven workflows, including streaming responses, tool interactions, and error handling.
- Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring consistency, quality, and maintainability across the codebase.
- Own frontend quality through automated testing, accessibility validation, visual regression testing, and CI/CD safeguards.
- Optimize user experience through performance tuning, accessibility excellence, and close collaboration with Product and Design teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience building large-scale React and TypeScript applications, including design systems or component libraries.
- Deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG, WAI-ARIA) and experience building accessible UI components.
- Experience designing user interfaces for AI-powered, agentic, or model-backed applications.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and maintaining consistency in generated codebases.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, Storybook, and visual regression practices.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, design-token systems, and collaboration with Product and Design stakeholders.
