The role involves developing and managing customer relationships across the Rubber, PVC, Plastics, and Polymer industries while promoting a wide range of flame retardant additives and raw materials. Role Overview: We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager- -Product Commercialization with strong experience in specialty chemical/Metals/Hydrometallurgy/Rare earth elements (REE)/battery recycling.

The role involves process design, calculations, guiding production people and preparation of engineering documents like BEP, utility calculations etc Also handles outsourced production, vendor relationships and contract terms.

Key Responsibilities

• • Prepare and update process engineering documents such as: o BEP (Basic engineering package) and Utility calculations o P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) o PFDs (Process Flow diagrams) o Process datasheets (vessels, pumps, Columns, instruments, etc.) o Pilot trials and Commissioning of new product in plants o SOP review and preparation • Manufacturing Partner Identification and Management • Contract Negotiation • Production oversight • Cost optimisation • Cross functional Collaborations • Feedstock Assessment & Adaptability • High-Purity Refining • Effluent & Environmental Control • Perform process calculations, including: o Equipment sizing o Hydraulic calculations • Ensure all designs comply Industry Experience Required Experience in any of the following industries: • Specialty Chemicals • Metals • Battery recycling • Hydrometallurgy • Rare earth elements (REE) with international codes, standards, and safety regulations • Maintain quality standards and follow company SOPs and quality procedures.
• Key Skills Required • Strong Chemical Engineering fundamentals • Having good experience of Contract manufacturing/Manufacturing in Metals/Hydrometallurgy/Battery recycling and Rare earth metals (REE) plants.
• • Process design & engineering calculations like MB and EB • PFD & P&ID development and review • Equipment & system design • Understanding of engineering codes & standards • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Also have positive attitude.
• • Able to lead any specific product portfolio individually.
• Qualification • BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 3-4 years of experience in specialty chemical/Metals/Hydrometallurgy/Battery recycling and Rare earth metals (REE) manufacturing plants.
