About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager, Trust & Safety Platform to join our Trust & Safety (TnS) team and help build the next generation of AI-native safety infrastructure for our global content platform.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, machine learning, policy, and operations teams to design AI-powered systems that support moderation, investigation, and safety decision-making across global markets.
What you'll do
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-native Trust & Safety platform that connects the full lifecycle of risk governance, including risk sensing, detection, moderation, enforcement, and evaluation.
Design and scale AI-native safety systems to support automated investigation and moderation workflows, risk analysis, and decision support.
Integrate fragmented moderation tools, risk systems, and operational workflows into a unified platform to improve scalability, efficiency, and governance visibility.
Partner with engineering, machine learning, policy, and operations teams to translate complex safety requirements into scalable AI-powered platform capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of product management experience in AI platforms, Trust & Safety systems, risk control platforms, or complex data platforms.
- Familiarity with LLM technologies, agent architectures, or AI workflow automation systems.
- Strong platform product thinking and systems design capability, with the ability to design scalable architectures and complex operational workflows.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering, ML, policy, and operations teams.
