Client Associates are not ticket-closers. They're the human side of the platform.

You'll get new traders oriented, answer the questions that actually matter, and be the name customers recognize when they need something — from their first market to becoming confident, experienced users.This role is for someone who genuinely cares about the people on the other end of every conversation and takes it personally when a customer has a bad time. You don't need a trading background, but you're curious about markets, quick to learn a technical product, and comfortable explaining it in plain language.
