higher standard for the apparel industry. The Data Architect role focuses on
defining and governing enterprise-wide system architecture and data integration
patterns using Microsoft technology, such as Fabric, Azure Synapse, Master Data
Management (MDM) platforms such as Prophisee, and Microsoft Purview. The
Enterprise Architect will work closely with executives, business stakeholders,
and technical leaders to ensure that our enterprise architecture is consistent,
governed, and aligned with organizational strategy while enabling engineers to
implement scalable, production-grade solutions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop and
maintain an enterprise architecture roadmap that is aligned with business
strategy Define reference architectures for Microsoft Fabric, Synapse,
Prophisee, and Purview Implement Medallion Layer architecture
(Bronze/Silver/Gold) across the enterprise Lead adoption of Microsoft Purview
for governance, lineage, and metadata Drive enterprise-wide Master Data
Management (MDM) strategy and patterns Provide architectural guidance to
engineers, solution architects, and third-party vendors Mentor teams and promote
enterprise adoption of modern architecture practices Partner with executives and
business stakeholders to align strategy and execution COMPETENCIES: Strong
expertise in Microsoft Azure Technologies (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Real-Time
Analytics) Advanced experience with Azure Synapse Analytics (dedicated +
serverless) Hands-on Prophisee pipeline architecture and automation Deep
experience with Microsoft Purview governance and lineage Strong MDM framework
experience across domains Proven ability to define and implement enterprise
architecture and data standards Expertise in Medallion architecture patterns and
data governance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: College degree in CIS, Computer Science, a
related field, or relevant training and experience 10+ years of experience
working with MDM framework, 5+ years of experience with Azure Synapse Analytics
(dedicated + serverless) Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Event Hubs,
Service Bus) Familiarity with additional data catalogs beyond Purview (Collibra,
