About the role
What will you do at Paradigm?
What we're looking for: We need someone with 3–7 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or B2B marketing who has hands-on experience running paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit) and optimizing SEO/GEO channels. You should be comfortable building a marketing function from scratch at a fast-paced, AI-native startup and have a track record of driving measurable pipeline growth — from inbound demos booked to self-serve signups.
Bonus points if you've worked at a high-growth B2B company known for strong marketing (think Clay, Ramp, Rippling, Harvey, Cognition, or similar) and can bring that playbook-building mentality to an earlier-stage environment.
What you'll do: Own and execute Paradigm's paid advertising strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels (e.g., ChatGPT ads), managing budgets ramping to $25K+/month and optimizing CAC-to-LTV metrics Develop and own Paradigm's core messaging, positioning, and narrative across enterprise, financial services, and AI-native workflow use cases Drive SEO and GEO initiatives to increase organic inbound demo bookings and self-serve signups Build and manage the company's content engine — blog posts, landing pages, case studies, customer stories, one-pagers, battlecards, and launch content Translate complex AI agent-orchestration capabilities into clear, compelling messaging tailored to different customer personas and industries Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to shape how new features and launches are introduced to market Grow Paradigm's organic presence through LinkedIn, email marketing/newsletter, and brand-building initiatives Build sales enablement materials that directly support pipeline generation and enterprise deal cycles Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to continuously iterate on channel mix and spend allocation Lay the foundation for the marketing team — help hire and onboard future marketing team members as the company scales post Series A
