We're backed by Accel, NFX, Accomplice, and other top-tier investors.</p><p>We seek an experienced <strong>Head of Client Success, MENA</strong> to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our institutional clients, and to <strong>build the client success team for the region.</strong> As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll manage the overall customer experience, understand their needs, and work cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that drive their success.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities & Expectations</strong></p><p><strong>Client Growth & Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze client trading data to identify opportunities for volume growth and cost savings.</li><li>Create regular reviews showcasing platform value and optimization opportunities.</li><li>Develop and execute account growth strategies based on quantitative analysis that grow transaction volume by helping customers optimize their FX flows and ensuring they manage a larger share of their trading activity through our platform.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Building & Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Build and hire the MENA client success team, sequencing roles against regional growth.</li><li>Set the operating rhythm: account planning cadence, coverage model, and escalation paths.</li><li>Coach and develop the team, owning their performance and progression.</li><li>This is a player-coach role.
For the first year you are the team, carrying accounts and handling client service requests while building the function around you.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p><ul><li>Manage smooth client ramping processes, including technical integration and training.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any trading or settlement issues promptly.</li><li>Provide regular reporting on client health metrics and growth opportunities.</li><li>Collect and organize client feedback for product and service improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Trading Relationship Management</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients' day-to-day FX trading needs</li><li>Monitor client trading patterns, volumes, and pricing to ensure optimal execution.</li><li>Work with trading teams to understand their workflows and identify efficiency opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>Must-Have Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>6+ years of experience in client-facing roles with financial services institutions</li><li>8+ years of overall professional experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of FX markets, trading operations, and treasury workflows</li><li>Experience in analyzing trading data and creating actionable insights</li><li>Proven track record of growing institutional relationships</li><li>Based in Dubai, with the right to work and willingness to travel across the GCC</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Have Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with FX trading platforms or financial technology products</li><li>Understanding of API integrations and trading system workflows</li><li>Background in treasury operations or institutional trading</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory requirements for FX trading, including CBUAE, VARA and DFSA</li><li>Existing relationships across regional exchange houses, MTOs or PSPs</li></ul><p><strong>What Sets Great Candidates Apart</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to analyze trading patterns and identify optimization opportunities</li><li>Strong project management skills for coordinating complex client implementations</li><li>Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders</li><li>Track record of growing institutional relationships through data-driven insights</li><li>Holds margin under pressure rather than defaulting to discounting</li><li>Advanced fluency with AI tools, applied as a core part of how you work</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation package, including equity in a high-growth company</li><li>Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology at a very fast-paced startup</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li><li>Professional development and growth opportunities</li><li>Work with innovative technology and leading financial institutions.</li></ul><p>We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
