The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We’re looking for a sharp and experienced Business Data Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team.

Someone who is deeply passionate about data and turning raw data into clear and actionable insights. With your strong analytical and technical skills, you’ll help tell the story behind the numbers and better understand how players interact with our games.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end user journeys from a marketing perspective across all existing titles and future studio launches, using complex datasets, AI tools, and statistical modeling Own the portfolio-wide marketing analytics ecosystem including collecting, analyzing, reporting and tracking of marketing activities Optimize user acquisition efforts cross games while creating solutions to the industry’s day to day challenges Apply predictive analytics methods in order to help establish strategic business recommendations Provide actionable insights to multiple stakeholders across the organization through strategic and operational researches Build and maintain the marketing data pipeline while creating models and dashboards to help make informed decisions quickly while empowering others to have information readily accessible Utilize advanced AI workflow tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, LLMs) to improve workflows and increase efficiency Collaborate with other teams such as UA (User Acquisition), Product, Monetization, BI, DS, Finance, and more through significant projects Requirements 2+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in analytics or product centric roles BSc in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Science/Data Systems Management or an equivalent background Strong ability to communicate complex findings and concepts and turn them into actionable recommendations Extensive experience in Excel and SQL querying large, complex datasets Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent Presentation skills Familiarity with Performance Marketing domain in the mobile app gaming industry - Advantage Hands-on proficiency or strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, etc.) - Advantage #LI-Hybrid Prior knowledge/experience in Performance Marketing/User Acquisition/Attribution Prior knowledge/experience in the mobile gaming app industry APPLY FOR THIS POSITION Name * Phone Number * Email * LinkedIn Profile Resume * Attach Portfolio Personal Note Submit application By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and accept Moon Active’s Candidate Privacy Policy .
