About the role
What will you do at JPMorganChase?
As a Product Manager in Asset Management, you are an integral part of the team
that owns how Asset Management client financials and the AM coverage model are
represented in SEP and Salesforce across the full sales lifecycle. Define the
roadmap, translate business needs into clear Salesforce outcomes, and ensure
integrations, rules, and controls keep data accurate, governed, and trusted.
US-based individual contributor reporting to the Head of SEP Product Platform.
Job responsibilities
* Translate AM use cases across leads, prospects, and clients into clear
SEP/Salesforce requirements and operating routines, spanning client
financials (opportunities, mandates, business at risk, accounts, flows,
trades, GL rebates) and coverage (roles, assignments, hierarchy logic).
* Own integrations bringing client financials and financial reference data into
SEP from AM systems (e.g., PandA, CBOR, Fusion, UDM), including scope,
prioritization, delivery plans, and release readiness.
* Own end-to-end integration with internal HR sources to keep sales team
hierarchy current and aligned with Sales and Finance reporting.
* Define, implement, and maintain coverage assignment and cascading logic
across key objects (e.g., Companies, Contacts, Opportunities, Mandates,
Accounts) so outcomes match agreed coverage models and personas.
* Implement controls to keep financial and coverage data accurate and governed
(validation checks, approvals where needed, reconciliation to systems of
record, audit-ready traceability).
* Drive data stewardship across financial and coverage domains: define
attributes, mappings, lineage, and usage guidance so data is fit for how
teams use SEP.
* Establish operational discipline for production: monitoring, reconciliation,
issue triage, root-cause analysis, remediation, SLAs, and runbooks.
* Lead discovery and delivery: stakeholder workshops, scope definition, user
stories, acceptance criteria, rollout plans, and cross-team coordination
across data, engineering, and partner teams.
* Drive UAT, training, rollout communications, and adoption so teams use SEP
financial and coverage views consistently and correctly.
* Create and maintain user-facing documentation (definitions, sources, rules,
reporting guidance, known limitations).
* Align stakeholders across Sales, Technology, and Data Governance on
ownership, stewardship, change control, release communications, and standards
that enable self-service.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a
relevant domain area
* Strong knowledge of AM business processes affecting client financials and
coverage across the sales lifecycle
* Demonstrated product ownership in cross-functional teams (business,
engineering, data, controls), translating processes into clear requirements
and measurable outcomes
* Experience delivering system-to-system integrations and managing dependencies
across multiple upstream teams, including HR/hierarchy sources
* Track record improving data quality through controls, reconciliation,
monitoring, and structured issue management through resolution
* Ability to write high-quality requirements (problem statements, scope, user
stories, acceptance criteria) and drive delivery through UAT and rollout
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable
presenting decisions, trade-offs, and progress to senior leaders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex
organization
* Salesforce delivery experience in a complex, regulated environment
* Familiarity with financial reference data, identifiers/hierarchies, and data
governance (ownership, stewardship, lineage)
* Experience designing or operating coverage models and hierarchy-driven
reporting for Sales and Finance audiences
* Experience operating production support routines for data products (SLAs,
runbooks, incident/problem management)
