or Dallas, TX
This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating
consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality
industry around the world! As a Manager Product Management Mobile, you will
bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning
culture. On the Mobile Product team, you will report to the Director of Mobile
Product. You will support projects including the development and delivery of
mobile capabilities. These capabilities enable personalization, segmentation,
targeted offers, guest engagement & messaging, new brand launches, and
partnership experiences.
What you'll do during a typical day:
* Own mobile product capabilities supporting brand integrations, marketing
technology, audience targeting, segmentation, personalization, offers,
campaign enablement, and analytics.
* Translate business and stakeholder requirements into product scope, user
stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, analytics requirements, and
delivery plans.
* Manage the product backlog, define requirements, and coordinate
cross-functional teams to deliver mobile features.
* Monitor feature performance and use analytics, guest feedback, and
operational insights to recommend enhancements and roadmap priorities.
How you'll collaborate with others:
* Build partnerships with teams across Brand, Marketing, Loyalty, Analytics,
Architecture, Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Operations, and Support to align mobile
product priorities with business and guest experience goals.
* Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements,
audience strategies, measurement approaches, integrations, and launch plans.
* Facilitate alignment across teams through roadmap planning, backlog
refinement, stakeholder reviews, testing activities, release readiness, and
post-launch performance evaluations.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
* Mobile product roadmaps, backlog priorities, feature requirements, and
delivery plans that advance marketing, personalization, targeting, offers,
analytics, and guest engagement initiatives.
* Product documentation, launch readiness plans, stakeholder alignment
materials, and performance recommendations that support successful delivery
and continuous optimization.
WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE THE STAY
You have these minimum qualifications:
* Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology, Product
Management, Digital Product, Mobile Product, Marketing Technology, or a
related field.
* Three (3) years of experience owning consumer-facing digital or mobile app
products, including iOS and Android app experiences.
* Experience managing digital product initiatives involving marketing
technology, personalization, audience targeting, analytics, or customer
engagement capabilities.
* Experience defining product requirements and translating stakeholder needs
into roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
* Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, managing dependencies,
and driving successful product delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
* This is a hybrid role and would require being near one of our three U.S.
office locations: McLean, Dallas, or Memphis.
* Travel up to 10% as needed.
It would be useful if you have:
* Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology-related
experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology-related
experience.
* Seven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology, Product
Management, Digital Product, Mobile Product, Marketing Technology, or a
related field.
* Experience with mobile applications, digital marketing technologies, customer
data platforms, analytics tools, APIs, SDKs, and personalization or
experimentation platforms.
* Experience delivering consumer-facing digital products within hospitality,
travel, retail, eCommerce, loyalty, or similar customer engagement
environments.
* Experience working in complex, organizations with cross-functional
dependencies spanning product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and
operations teams.

this role is $100,000 – $145,000 and is determined based on applicable and
specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you
will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan,
consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the
Company.
