Experience in a fast-growing startup, you are a hustler who thrives in ambiguity and takes independent decisions. Strong analytical instinct- fluent with data, dashboards, and attribution; you let the numbers decide.
An independent contributor’s mindset- you own outcomes end-to-end and don’t wait to be told what to do. Has owned Social media, communication, attribution, retention, customer lifecycle on a tech consumer platform. Genuine curiosity for AI tools and a bias to use them to work faster and smarter.
Good fluency in tools across analytics, communication, attribution, etc. such as Moengage, Google Analytics, Karix/Aisensy, etc. Hungry to grow- personally and for the platform. Why GroMo Direct partnership with the founder and leadership team- your work shapes how the company grows.
An AI-first environment with access to any and every AI tool in the market and the mandate to use it. A team that values speed, hustle, honesty, and outcomes over process and hierarchy. The room to grow fast in scope, ownership, and career.
