Growth Operations Lead

We are looking for a Growth Operations Lead with 4+ years of experience to build and own growth for our contributor platform, Vasora. You'll be the founding growth hire at Sieve — the only AI research lab exclusively focused on video data — reporting directly to our COO. This is a zero-to-one role where you'll design and run experiments to acquire expert contributors, improve activation and retention, and develop supply-side partnerships across our physical AI and media generation verticals.

You need to be creative, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguity at a fast-moving 40-person startup. If you've grown the supply side of a marketplace or contributor platform from scratch, this is your chance to do it again at the frontier of AI. What will you be doing?

Building and owning growth for Sieve's contributor platform — designing experiments to acquire expert contributors, improving signup-to-activation conversion, and retaining top talent across verticals Developing partnerships with studios, creator networks, and specialist firms to bring contributors and expertise into the platform at scale Working hands-on with funnel data, dashboards, and cohort analysis to measure what's working, kill what isn't, and scale winning channels Running paid campaigns and creative acquisition tactics — you'll have a large budget and the autonomy to test unconventional approaches to grow top-of-funnel Collaborating on product and operations by turning contributor feedback and experiment results into improvements to onboarding, communications, and incentives on the platform
