MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or
equivalent practical experience.
* 6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
* 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g.,
Java, C/C++, Python).
* Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or
customers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related
field.
* Experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data
analytics, or statistics.
* Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
* Experience using machine learning and building solutions.
* Experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix).

gTech’s Professional Services team takes a creative, collaborative, and
customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking
business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers. Through technical
implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services
helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term
capabilities.
This role is in the gUP Shopping Partner Engineering team, focused on supporting
our API ecosystem for Shopping. We work on Universal Commerce Protocol, Google
Business Profile and Google Merchant Center integrations, which power consumer
experiences on Google Shopping and many other surfaces.
Our team works with retail partnerships to achieve ambitious plans to grow the
value merchants and users get from Google, while ensuring high data quality. We
closely collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to develop and improve
Google’s products and tools. We are advocates of the customer and partner
experience, advocating for features and offering product and tools improvements
backed by data-driven insights.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide high-touch technical guidance, troubleshooting, and documentation to
ensure seamless partner integrations within defined Service-level agreement
(SLAs).
* Gather operational feedback to advocate for product enhancements, bug fixes,
and feature improvements with Product and Engineering teams.
* Work with Product and Partner Operations Managers to define, prioritize, and
launch new features and internal tools.
* Develop technical documentation and developer tools to streamline onboarding,
improve product serviceability, and scale operations.
* Perform implementation reviews and analyze partner data to identify, drive,
and maximize growth opportunities using Google technologies.
