* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
* 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
(e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
* 2 years of experience as a Product Manager for internet advertising.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or business
administration.
* 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical
presentations to senior leadership.
* 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
* 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, and
other stakeholders.
* Experience in internet advertising, digital media, or the video industry.

- promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
- As a Product Manager for Google Ad Manager Video, you will drive the
- requirements and strategy for the future of our video advertising platform. You
- will work with key publishers to build market-leading capabilities and drive
- global platform adoption. Our team runs the world’s largest publisher ad server
- and ad exchange, connecting inventory buyers and sellers at enormous scale. As
- TV and digital converge, you will accelerate video advertising product
- development, helping publishers maximize the value of their inventory and
- deliver seamless, ad-supported video experiences globally.
- Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that
- connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google.
- We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products
- including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as
- analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses
- with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to
- large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver
- measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
- Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
- experience, and relevant education or training.
- US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- * Define business goals, strategy, solutions, market positioning, and
- dependencies to grow publisher business and deliver a publisher audience
- portfolio.
- * Manage enterprise products and regularly interact directly with large
- customers, including pitching features, betas, and roadmaps.
- * Influence a wide variety of cross-functional partners (Engineering, UX,
- Sales, Legal, Privacy) to navigate competing objectives and incentives.
- * Engage regularly with executive-level product and engineering employees at
- successful news and media properties.
- * Drive a global business strategy with customers and cross-functional partners
- in APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America.
