By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers. As part of this mission, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our London team. You will play a key role in supporting our commercial, corporate, and regulatory workstreams as we expand rapidly across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own deal flow: Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, product order forms, and supplier/customer/technology agreements.
• Flag risks early and land practical, business-friendly solutions.
• Drive product forward: Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear guidance for new product lines.
• Research regulatory requirements and use them to develop product specs.
• Review designs end-to-end to ensure they are launch-ready and compliant.
• Embed with the business: Provide crisp, day-to-day advice to Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product.
• Turn complex issues into simple decisions and help teams move fast with confidence.
• Support UK and cross-border compliance, coordinate filings and regulatory submissions, and maintain policies, registers, and training so everything is inspection-ready without roadblocking the business.
• Build scalable infrastructure: Create and refine templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and best practices.
• Streamline workflows and automate the routine so the team can focus on the high-impact work.

Requirements
