We analyze performance, refine processes, and empower sales teams to reach their goals.

The Role

</div><div class="p-rich_text_section" style="line-height: 1.2;"><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Act as the operational owner of one of our business lines, ensuring processes and systems run efficiently and scale effectively.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Define, develop, and implement end-to-end commercial operations.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across commercial and cross-functional teams.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Build tools, automations, and dashboards to optimize performance and decision-making.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate closely with executives and multiple business units, gaining high exposure across the organization.</li></ul></div><div class="p-rich_text_section" style="line-height: 1.2;">

Who You Are
