About the role
What will you do at Eightfold?
Drive agents from deployment into sustained production use — owning the path from “the agent is live” to “the agent runs a meaningful share of the workflow.” Design the human-agent operating model with each customer: which work agents own, where humans stay in the loop, how escalations and overrides are handled, and how trust is earned and expanded over time.
Work directly with end users — recruiters, TA teams, hiring managers, and HR ops — not just executive sponsors, so agents are adopted in the real flow of work. Enable and certify customer end users through Agent Academy, so their teams can operate, trust, and continuously improve their agents independently.
Own the agent consumption and adoption view — monitoring usage, agent actions, task completion, autonomy rates, and value realized through consumption dashboards and analytics — and turn those signals into proactive recovery and expansion plays. Serve as a trusted advisor on AI-era workforce transformation: workflow redesign, change management, and governance of autonomous agents in a talent context.
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Value, Customer Growth, Product, Engineering, Support, and Enablement to remove barriers to agent adoption and autonomy. Translate what agents do in production — and where they hit friction — into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
Build reusable playbooks, operating models, and success stories that make every next agent deployment faster and better. 5-8 years in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, HR/People, HR Technology, Customer Success, Consulting, Professional Services, Change Management, or Enterprise SaaS. Direct recruiting or talent-acquisition experience is strongly preferred — we want people who have done the work our agents now do, and can teach customers to trust agents with it.
A track record managing complex enterprise engagements and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. Comfort with data and analytics — able to read consumption, usage, and agent-performance dashboards and translate them into business recommendations and action. Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI agents and for reshaping how talent work gets done. Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or working alongside AI agents or agentic platforms. Talent Acquisition or Talent Management domain depth.
Experience designing enablement, certification, or change-management programs. Fluency with product analytics, customer/agent health metrics, and adoption instrumentation. Experience our comprehensive benefits with family medical, vision and dental coverage, a competitive base salary, and eligibility for equity awards and discretionary bonuses or commissions.
