Skills and CompetenciesMinimum of 8+ years of substantial credit and financial analysis experienceStrong analytical ability and technical skills in accounting, financial statement and cash flow-based analysis, capital structures and debt documentationKnowledge of corporate credit, commercial real estate, data centers, project finance, and the ability to analyze complex debt structures preferredIntellectual curiosity, honesty, thoroughness, sound judgment and ability to work independently and in a teamExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly verbally and in writingOutstanding people skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, including C-suite, and represent the Moody's brand credibly and effectivelyDiligence, sense of ownership and ability to meet tight deadlines with high quality outcomesAdaptable, with a change mindset and willing to learn new technologies and toolsCommitted to continual learning and growth, authentic and passionate about caring for and inspiring others, engaging with multi-cultural awarenessBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.

This high-profile opportunity is ideal for someone eager to apply strong credit and analytical expertise while engaging with C-suite executives and the broader marketplace.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 - $290,000.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
