Skills and CompetenciesExperience designing and implementing automation, analytics, reporting, workflow, or AI-enabled solutions in shared services, capability centers, or multinational corporate environmentsStrong knowledge of business process improvement, workflow analysis, governance, and continuous improvement methodologiesHands-on experience with low-code/no-code, automation, analytics, and collaboration platforms to improve operational efficiencyAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and related productivity toolsAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations, dashboards, and executive-ready reportingStrong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills with the ability to work across functions and regionsSelf-starter with strong problem-solving skills, learning agility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
