Skills and Competencies2+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting or a related analytical finance function, including hands-on involvement in month-end close, forecast and budget cyclesStrong finance and accounting foundation with the ability to interpret results, identify key drivers, assess risks and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendationsIntermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookup functions, data validation, data manipulation and financial modeling, to support accurate and efficient analysisExperience handling large and complex datasets while maintaining data quality, consistency and control, with the ability to identify anomalies and reconcile informationExperience with financial systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, planning applications or reporting tools; knowledge of business intelligence tools is preferredProactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to take ownership, maintain accuracy under tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and work independently or collaborativelyDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency, growing awareness of AI risk management, and commitment to responsible and ethical AI useEducationCompleted bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplineResponsibilitiesDeliver financial analysis, planning and reporting that turns complex data into actionable business insightsSupport month-end close by reviewing financial results, validating data, preparing analysis and explaining material variancesPrepare and maintain forecasts, annual budgets and financial plans using business drivers, historical trends and stakeholder inputsAnalyze business performance and provide timely insights on key drivers, risks, opportunities and emerging trendsDevelop and maintain financial models, recurring reports, management presentations and ad hoc analysis for decision supportPartner with Finance and business stakeholders to understand performance drivers, constructively challenge assumptions and communicate recommendationsWork with large and complex datasets to identify anomalies, reconcile information and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting outputsUse artificial intelligence and other analytical tools responsibly to improve the efficiency, quality and scalability of finance processesIdentify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and stronger controls while managing assigned deliverables with appropriate independenceManage assigned deliverables with appropriate independence while collaborating effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.About the TeamOur Financial Planning & Analysis team supports informed decision-making through disciplined planning, accurate reporting and forward-looking analysis.
