Skills and CompetenciesExperience in data remediation, data quality management, data validation, and enrichment activities within large and complex datasetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data inconsistencies, trends, and root causes of recurring issuesAdvanced Excel skills and experience using data analysis tools to validate, reconcile, and report on data quality metricsWorking knowledge of SQL for data validation, querying, and reporting purposesFamiliarity with Jira, Salesforce, Databricks, or similar platforms used to manage data remediation activities and client casesExcellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency while managing high volumes of dataStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations, product, technology, sales, and external data provider teamsDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI useEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferredEquivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience will be consideredExposure to SQL, Python, Databricks, data governance, or data quality management certifications is considered a plusResponsibilitiesSupport data quality initiatives by performing remediation, validation, and enrichment activities that improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of entity data.Review, correct, and enrich entity data to resolve inaccuracies, duplicates, and incomplete recordsResearch and validate information using internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy and completenessDocument remediation actions, decisions, and supporting rationale in accordance with established proceduresIdentify recurring data quality issues, trends, and patterns, and provide insights to support process improvements and quality standardsFollow data governance, quality, and compliance requirements to maintain data integrity and support audit activitiesCreate and maintain Jira tickets, documenting testing outcomes, remediation decisions, and supporting evidenceManage and follow up on client cases within Salesforce to ensure timely and effective issue resolutionCollaborate with operations teams, Product Managers, Developers, Information Providers, and Sales teams to address data challenges and improve processesPrepare reports, dashboards, and status updates that communicate remediation outcomes and data quality improvementsLeverage Excel, SQL, Databricks, Python, and approved AI tools to improve data validation, analysis, and remediation efficiency where applicableMaintain process documentation, reference materials, and operational manuals to reflect process changes and best practicesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to discussions related to production, technical issues, and continuous improvement opportunitiesAbout the TeamAbout the team, our Data Estate North America team is responsible for bringing together a vast catalog of data to help business decision-makers assess risks and opportunities .
