What will you do at Bally's Interactive?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Own and maintain trusted reporting across Bally’s Media streaming platforms, including viewership, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics

* Analyze audience behavior and content performance across leagues, teams, matchups, and programming to uncover trends and performance drivers

* Turn data into clear insights and recommendations that shape product strategy and business decisions

* Deliver recurring executive reporting that highlights key trends, opportunities, and risks

* Spot patterns, anomalies, and emerging trends before anyone else does

* Validate data integrity across analytics tools and pipelines, digging in when numbers don’t line up

* Partner with engineering and vendors to resolve analytics or instrumentation issues

* Support Product, Programming, Marketing, and Finance with analysis that drives smarter decisions

* Improve and scale analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting workflows as our platforms grow

Salary range: $100,000-$140,000 USD
