Job Title: DevOps Engineer E3

Job Location: Colorado Springs, CO

DoD Active Top Secret clearance prior to start

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

As a DevOPS Cloud engineer on the C2BMC-Global team, you will be responsible

for:

* Designing, implementing, and managing a complex hyperconverged cloud

infrastructure on the Nutanix platform.

* Developing and maintaining automated deployment scripts using tools such as

Ansible or Terraform.

* Collaborating with development teams to implement Continuous Integration and

Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities

for automation and process improvement.

* Designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using a variety

of technologies including Bash, Python, Ansible, and PowerShell.

* Testing and validating automation solutions to ensure they meet requirements

and are free from defects.

* Tracking the impact of events/actions on the underlying infrastructure being

managed, such as patching and maintenance.

* Must be a detail-oriented individual that is able to track the impact of

events/actions on the underlying infrastructure being managed, such as

patching and maintenance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Generally has 5 years of related experience and may have a post-secondary

degree or training in a related discipline.

* An Active Final TOP SECRET clearance is needed prior to starting.

* Candidate must obtain a DOD 8570/8140 certification such as Security+ CE or

equivalent within three months of starting.

* Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare, RedHat Openstack,

or Nutanix.

* Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server system administration.

* Experience with a scripting language such as Bash, Python, PowerShell, or

Ansible.

* Experience working within a Scrum team in an Agile environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / DESIRED SKILLS

* Experience developing CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab.

* Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and

Kubernetes.

* Experience implementing configuration management methodologies using Ansible.

* Prior experience with a Nutanix Hyperconverged on-prem cloud platform.

* Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.

* Scrum Master experience is a plus.
