leader to build the next generation of pricing features for our Services

platform, including the App Store. Since its launch in 2008, the App Store has

connected millions of developers to our devices, having now paid +$320 billion

to developers who are connected to over 2 billion devices in 175 countries

around the world. Today, there are more ways than ever for developers to

monetize and distribute their apps in a secure and trusted way; and we’re just

getting started! This role will be responsible for defining and bringing to life

new features that allow Apple and third-party developers to unlock the potential

of their apps, in-apps, and subscriptions. You’ll design extensible systems that

enable these features across a variety of use cases and lines of business,

develop internal tooling to assist operations teams in launching and maintaining

these features, and work in close partnership with cross-functional business,

product, engineering and other stakeholders to turn business requirements into

detailed technical specifications. In addition to meeting the business’ needs,

you will be responsible for ensuring that the features you launch comply with

the various legal, regulatory, tax and business requirements that come with

operating a diverse, global digital goods marketplace. The ideal candidate has a

proven track record of building and launching robust features in a highly

collaborative, fast-paced environment. They have a growth mindset, fierce

attention to detail, and the agility to learn new technologies. They look for

opportunities to build extensible capabilities and platforms. They take

ownership over their work and their impact on others.

DESCRIPTION

The Pricing Product team plays a crucial role to provide developers with the

tools and features they need to monetize their apps, acquire, and retain their

customers.

In this role, you will

  • be an active participant in functional and
  • technical design discussions, testing, and prioritization with global and
  • cross-functional teams.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exceptional communication skills: Can convey complex ideas concisely and
  • effectively, adapt to different audiences, and influence outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and proactive: Willing to dive into details and gain a thorough
  • understanding of Apple’s systems, processes, and strategic initiatives in order
  • to build the best experiences for developers. Strong analytical skills: Ability
  • to break apart complex questions, seek expertise and data to arrive at a
  • proposals Proven record of working collaboratively with engineering, QA, design,
  • business, finance and legal teams 5+ years of related experience in product
  • management, consulting, design or engineering BS or MS in Computer Science,
  • Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field and/or MBA with relevant
  • engineering/quantitative background
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience writing detailed, technical specs. Experience working with data
  • structures, relational databases, and SQL.
