Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to
deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of
existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses,
and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations
operating in locations without reliable connectivity.
The Amazon Leo team is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager - Tech who
are high performing, motivated and believe in our mission to close the digital
divide. We operate in a fast-paced startup environment and offer many
challenging and rewarding projects. Every day is Day 1 at Amazon Leo and we are
just getting started.
Key job responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager - Tech role is responsible for defining and
delivering service plans, customer offers, and value-added services that enable
business customers to access Amazon Leo services around the world. This involves
close partnership with global business development and sales teams, product and
engineering teams, and finance and legal teams to define the visions, roadmaps,
requirements, and plans and pricing needed to build and deliver features that
create value for global customers at scale.
Key tasks include
- Define multi-year visions for products and services that leverage Amazon and
Leo capabilities
- Define the business case, pricing, and requirements for new business customer
plans and offers
- Define scalable service plan portfolio frameworks, and catalog change control
processes
- Identify customer insights, define business plans, and inform product roadmaps
- Own service plan performance to inform plan optimizations
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S.
citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder),
or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Basic
Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree
- - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions
- and strategy related to a product
- - Experience managing technical products or online services
- - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers
- and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred
Qualifications
- - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau,
- Qlikview, QuickSight
- - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

- The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
- will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
- compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
- qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits
- including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life &
- AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health
