About the role
What will you do at Amazon?
Ring's mission is to make neighborhoods safer. The Core App team advances this
mission by building the experiences that millions of customers rely on daily —
from setting up their first device to receiving a notification, reviewing video,
and taking action. Every interaction in the Ring app is an opportunity to make
safety simpler, smarter, and more proactive.
We are seeking an AI-native Product Manager - Technical (Builder) to own and
drive core customer experiences that make neighborhoods safer. In this role, you
will leverage AI tools and approaches throughout your product workflow — from
automated data analysis and feature validation to prototyping and accelerating
engineering delivery. You will set the AI-native systems and standards that
other Builders across the Core App team adopt.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for core Ring app features, defining vision, strategy,
and priorities that directly improve how customers protect their homes and
neighborhoods.
- Define and deliver AI/ML-powered features that make the Ring experience more
intelligent, proactive, and personalized.
- Leverage AI-native tools and approaches to accelerate product discovery,
prototyping, and validation.
- Identify friction points in core customer journeys — from setup to daily use —
through data analysis, and drive product solutions that eliminate them.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX design, and
operations to ship features from concept to launch.
- Write clear product requirements documents, user stories, and technical
specifications.
- Analyze customer behavior, engagement metrics, and safety outcomes to inform
prioritization and measure feature success.
