We are seeking a strategic thinker, communicator, and builder to join Amazon's

Homepage and Navigation Experience (NavX) team as a Principal Product Manager -

Technical.

In this role, you will

  • shape the future of navigation and discovery
  • across Amazon's mobile app and website, enhancing the shopping experience for
  • millions of customers worldwide every day. As Amazon offers customers an

  • • Experience building and operating highly visible customer experiences at
  • scale.
  • • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to logically break down
  • problems and translate vision into executable plans that others can understand.

  • experience across multiple features and systems, rather than any one feature in
  • isolation.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing
  • leaders and stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • • Understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and emerging
  • technologies.
  • • Track record of driving results through experimentation and data-driven
  • decision making.
  • • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with data at scale.
  • • Interest in CX/UX principles and ability to partner effectively with design
  • teams.
  • • Ability to operate with high amounts of autonomy, exercise strong judgment,
  • and deliver results in ambiguous environments.

What You'll Do

  • • Define and execute on the strategic vision and roadmap for key components of
  • Amazon's navigation experience in line with evolving business priorities and
  • customer expectations.
  • • Develop and implement solutions that make it easy for customers to navigate
  • Amazon's growing range of products, programs, stores, and services.
  • • Own each step of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through
  • development, experimentation, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and analytics to run experiments and
  • generate data-driven insights.
  • • Monitor engagement data and customer feedback to identify opportunities to
  • improve the end-to-end customer journey.
  • • Influence diverse stakeholders across Amazon to align on product strategies
  • and features.
  • • Balance regional and business-specific customization needs with global CX
  • patterns and technical frameworks.
  • • Support and improve mechanisms that allow NavX to inform and support partner
  • teams across Amazon.

including Navigation, Homepage, Detail Page, and Customer Reviews. We make

shopping in Amazon's store a delightful, intuitive, and trustworthy experience

for hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. Our mission is to be an

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree
  • - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • - Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

  • - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process
  • improvement

  • The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
  • will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
  • compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
  • qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits
