Key job responsibilities

The Principal PMT in this role will own the evolution of how advertisers

experience Sponsored Products and Brands' off-Amazon offerings. You will be a

strong advocate for advertisers—continuously driving outcomes and making it

easier for them to make informed investment decisions. Partnering with Sales,

Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, and Science leaders, you will deeply understand

advertiser needs through research, interviews, and data analyses, then translate

those insights into solutions and clear requirements that drive product-led

growth. You will collaborate with Science and Engineering to navigate tradeoffs,

shape a prioritized roadmap, and move with urgency to get those solutions in

front of advertisers.

The ideal candidate has a strong AdTech background and experience building

advertiser-facing products. You are comfortable engaging directly with

advertisers and validating assumptions quickly. You are also able to effectively

develop hypotheses and critically evaluate experimental designs and outcomes.

You go deep on the details—developing data-driven recommendations, communicating

them with conviction to stakeholders and leadership, and moving with a bias for

action. You leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping to

accelerate decisions and outcomes.
