With a clear understanding of the geography and size of my pilot region, I will consider a relatively flat urban area spanning about 100 square kilometers, characterized by high population density and various obstructions like buildings that could diminish the effective coverage of each cell tower. If each cell tower can adequately cover a radius of approximately 1.5 kilometers, this translates to an effective coverage area of about 7 square kilometers per tower. Consequently, to cover a total area of 100 square kilometers, we would require roughly 14 cell towers. However, since this region has a high density of traffic, we may need to increase the number of cell towers to maintain service quality. Therefore, I would suggest constructing around 28 cell towers as an initial estimate for this pilot area.
