The system consists of four primary components: User Interface, Data Storage, Machine Learning Processing, and Feedback. User Interface (UI): This component allows doctors to log in, upload XRAY images, and receive preliminary diagnoses. It requires a responsive and user-friendly interface that can manage the upload process and display the results effectively. Data Storage: Given that XRAY images can be both large and numerous, a robust, scalable, and secure data storage solution is necessary. Utilizing cloud storage solutions like Amazon S3 is advisable due to their reliability and scalability. Machine Learning Processing: After an XRAY image is uploaded, it is forwarded to the ML model for analysis. The model must be pre-trained on a diverse set of XRAY images with various diagnoses. This training can be performed on powerful GPUs using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Upon receiving a new image, the model analyzes it and generates a preliminary diagnosis. Feedback: Lastly, the diagnosis is relayed back to the user interface for display to the doctor. Throughout this process, the system should maintain accuracy, auditability, and traceability of the diagnosis results. This architecture facilitates a seamless data flow from the user to the machine learning model and back to the user.
