The initial phase of our system involves data collection. In this stage, we will gather information about various artists, including their genres, most popular tracks, locations, and general audience feedback. Additionally, we will collect user data such as listening history, favorite artists, and genre preferences. For data analysis, we can deconstruct music into various elements like rhythm, pitch, and tempo. Utilizing the Fast Fourier Transform allows us to analyze any song by breaking it down into its individual frequencies. Moreover, Natural Language Processing can be employed to examine song lyrics and categorize them based on different moods or themes. Once the data has been processed, it is essential to implement an algorithm for generating recommendations. One effective algorithm could be Collaborative Filtering, which predicts a user's interests by gathering preferences from a wide range of users. We can employ Matrix Factorization Models, such as Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), to forecast user interests. Ultimately, the system will recommend similar artists based on the user's analyzed listening history, presented through a user-friendly interface that allows for easy navigation of the suggested artists.
